Shadowfax 'Minnow' Roussanne 2024"2022 Shadowfax Minnow Roussanne is a single vineyard wine grown on our Shadowfax site in Werribee. A cool spring set moderate crops, with the trend continuing into summer, allowing grapes to ripen slowly with lots of concentration. The grapes were hand harvested in the cool of the morning at optimum flavour ripeness, and then the fruit was gently whole bunch pressed and left to settle overnight prior to racking.
