Preyna '24Preyna is made with 75% Cinsault and 25% Grenache grown in deep granitic soils. Pressed and fermented separately in concrete tanks and blended prior to bottling. It shows raspberry, cherry, and violet characteristics with black tea notes, presenting a light body with fresh acidity and soft tannins. Similar to Beaujolais cru with fruit forward character and carbonic maceration influence. Pair with charcuterie.
